Kind Heart Rescue is a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) status, dedicated to providing quality care for rescued rabbits for over 30 years. The organization offers sanctuary to homeless rabbits, many of whom require several weeks or months to prepare for adoption. Some rabbits, particularly those who are older or have experienced trauma, may not be adoptable but will receive a loving home for the remainder of their lives at Kind Heart Rescue. The organization relies entirely on donations, which are tax-deductible due to its 501(c)(3) status. Adoption process
The adoption process requires an application to be submitted prior to adoption. A home visit will be conducted at the time of adoption. There is a $75 adoption fee for a spayed or neutered bunny, which includes all necessary supplies. An adoption contract will be signed at the time of placement.
