Helping Animals Rescue Team is a small, foster-based organization that operates entirely through the efforts of volunteers. We raise funds to provide assistance to shelters, as many of them lack the necessary resources to adequately feed the animals in their care. Additionally, we conduct fundraising activities to support spay and neuter initiatives aimed at reducing the overpopulation of pets in shelters.
