Adoption Process

To adopt a pet, you must be at least 21 years old. The adoption fee is $180 for dogs and $125 for cats. Additionally, prospective adopters are required to complete an application and participate in an interview.

We are the only no-kill shelter in Gilmer County, established in 2000. Since our inception, we have rescued 6,000 animals. Our organization is made up entirely of volunteers who are committed to helping homeless animals find their permanent homes.
