Adoption Process

The adoption process includes submitting an application, followed by a veterinary or reference check. A home visit may also be conducted. Upon approval, a contract will be signed, and arrangements will be made for transport. Adoption fees are structured as follows: $275 for senior pets, $375 for young or adult pets, and $400 for puppies.

Mutts4rescue is a volunteer organization committed to rescuing dogs that are homeless. Our primary objective is to prevent abandoned and surrendered dogs from being euthanized in high-kill shelters. We rescue dogs from various situations, including high-kill shelters, the streets, and owner surrenders. Our mission is to save these dogs one at a time and provide them with a second chance at a happy and healthy life. We do not operate as a traditional shelter and do not have set hours; instead, we rely on foster homes and are always seeking additional foster volunteers.
