Adoption Process

Adoption fees range from $50 to $1,000, depending on the age, breed, and health of the animal. Our organization primarily takes in litters of unwanted puppies surrendered by owners, as well as animals that are injured or ill. While we strive to place these animals for adoption through local partners, this is not always possible, and we may adopt them out directly. To improve the process for the limited number of animals in our foster care each month, we are implementing an adoption application and contract. This procedure will also be applied to all future foster animals.

SNIP Collier aims to alleviate the suffering and neglect of dogs and cats in our community, which is largely due to the pet overpopulation crisis. We achieve this by providing affordable spay and neuter services, vaccinations, and preventative care. Additionally, we prioritize public awareness, education, and outreach efforts. Our primary focus is on spay and neuter programs, particularly assisting animals and their owners in lower-income areas of our county, such as Immokalee, Florida.
