Puppy Hill Farm in Melrose, FL

We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt animal rescue organization dedicated to saving as many animals as possible. We collaborate closely with Alachua County Animal Services to decrease the number of euthanasias at the Alachua County shelter. Every Saturday and Sunday, we offer dogs and cats of all ages for adoption at the Gainesville Petsmart located in Butler Plaza on Archer Road. Our selection includes puppies, adult dogs, small dogs, cats, and kittens. Each animal has started their vaccinations, and depending on their length of stay with us, they may require additional vaccinations after adoption. All animals have been examined by a veterinarian and treated for any significant health issues. All dogs are heartworm negative, and many have undergone heartworm treatment through our program. We address any special needs of these animals during the adoption process. We frequently have special promotions for adult animal adoptions. While these animals may have some history and are not perfect, they are seeking a permanent home. Each adult animal has a unique story and deserves a second chance at a fulfilling life.
