Adoption Process

To begin the adoption process, you will need to complete an application. Once your application is approved, you will have the opportunity to meet with the foster family. If both the foster family and your family are a good match, you will then need to complete a contract and pay the adoption fee.

Homeless Animal Rescue Team of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH

HART's mission is to rescue homeless animals, protecting them from euthanasia, abandonment, and abuse, with the aim of placing them in permanent homes. Our rescued animals are cared for in foster homes, as we do not operate a physical facility. The best way to reach us is via email. All HART animals receive high-quality veterinary care, necessary vaccinations, specialized treatments and surgeries when required, 24 Pet Watch microchips, and spaying or neutering. All members of HART are united in the goal of saving animals, providing spay/neuter services, offering love, and finding them forever homes. HART is a fully volunteer-run, non-profit 501(c)(3) charity organization with no paid staff. All donations are tax-deductible and will go directly to benefiting the animals.
