Adoption Process

If you are interested in adopting a cat or kitten from House of Mews, please respond to this post. You will be asked to complete a no-obligation adoption application, which will be sent to our adoption coordinator for review. A volunteer from House of Mews will contact you within 24 to 48 hours after your application has been submitted to discuss it further. Please note that House of Mews Rescue requires an adoption fee at the time of adoption. The fees are as follows: Kittens up to six months old are $95 each or two for $150; Kittens over six months old are $75 each or two for $125; and cats one year or older are $50.

House of Mews Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Northeast Ohio. We are a foster-based, no-kill cat and kitten rescue operated entirely by volunteers. Our mission is to provide a safe haven for abandoned, abused, neglected, and homeless cats and kittens. We are dedicated to caring for these animals and working diligently to find them permanent, loving homes.
