Adoption Process

The adoption process includes submitting an application, participating in a telephone interview, undergoing a background check, and completing reference checks. A home visit will also be conducted, and it is essential to have a meet and greet with all resident pets. There will be a two-week trial period before finalizing the adoption. We also want to assure you that we will always take our pets back if the situation does not work out.

I am the head of a small organization dedicated to caring for senior and geriatric dogs, as well as dogs with special medical or behavioral needs. I provide a permanent foster home for several dogs, covering all their needs until they pass away. I believe that every life is precious, including those of older and terminally ill dogs. In addition to our permanent foster dogs, we also have a limited number of adoptable dogs, primarily seniors.
