Adoption Process

Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our wonderful dogs. Each dog has a distinct personality, so we encourage you to explore our available pups to learn more about their traits, preferences, and any special needs they may have. We frequently receive new arrivals, so please check back often for updates. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the processing of your adoption application. While there is a possibility that the dog you initially applied for may not be available, rest assured that we will work to find a pup that aligns well with your lifestyle. If you do not find your ideal match in our current listings, please visit our "Coming Soon" page. You can also submit an application and continue to check back with us until you find the perfect companion. We appreciate your interest in our Australian Shepherds and thank you for taking the time to complete the application. We understand that the application may be lengthy; however, we are dedicated to ensuring that each dog is placed in the best possible home. As an all-volunteer organization, we kindly ask for your patience as we review applications and respond as quickly as possible. Our adoption fees are as follows: - $400 for dogs up to 5 years old - $350 for dogs aged 6 to 8 years - $250 for dogs aged 9 to 12 years - $150 for dogs aged 12 years and older Rosey’s reserves the right to offer special promotions at any time. Please understand that submitting an application does not guarantee approval for adoption or fostering through Rosey’s Aussie Rescue. Approval is at the sole discretion of our organization.
