Adoption Process

We charge a nominal fee to help cover the costs of spaying or neutering, testing, and vaccinations. An application and a written contract are required for the adoption process. The typical fee ranges from $75 to $125 per pet.

Adopt-a-Kitty is dedicated to caring for lost, homeless, and unwanted pets, with a primary focus on cats and kittens. We also accept pets with special needs when they require assistance. Over the past five years, we have successfully placed hundreds of animals, many of which were rescued from high-kill shelters. Our mission is to love, care for, and find permanent homes for animals that have not been given a chance. All pets in our care are tested, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and prepared for adoption. We provide a safe environment for our rescued pets until they can be matched with their forever families. We operate as a no-kill shelter.
