Adoption Process

The adoption process includes the following steps: submission of an application, providing references which include both veterinary and personal contacts, a home visit, and a fence inspection. An adoption fee is also required. It is essential that all fenced areas are secure, and any animals currently owned must be up to date on vaccinations and spayed or neutered, unless they are show dogs or registered animals.

Home Again Dalmatian Rescue in Belk, AL

Home Again Dalmatian Rescue was established by my husband and me to assist unwanted Dalmatians that have been overbred since the release of the Disney movie, "101 Dalmatians." Many of these dogs end up in shelters each day. As a medic and firefighter team, we have a special affinity for Dalmatians. In addition to Dalmatians, we also rescue other breeds. Our passion for dogs inspired us to create this organization as a meaningful way to help them while providing a loving home.
