PAWS for your Heart, Inc. in High Point, NC

PAWS is a small, newly established cat rescue located in High Point, North Carolina. Initially, we began by fostering for other organizations in a different city, and we recognized the need for a dedicated cat rescue in High Point. We are committed to providing this valuable local service and have received a warm welcome from the community. PAWS works diligently to rescue as many cats as we can responsibly care for, ensuring they receive necessary testing, vaccinations, and spay/neuter procedures. It is incredibly rewarding to facilitate the bond between cats and their adopters, and witnessing the mutual affection between them is the reason we are passionate about our mission. We strive to save these vulnerable animals from a life of hardship and neglect.

Adopting from PAWS for your Heart, Inc.

Adoption process

To begin the adoption process, applicants must complete an adoption application. We will then contact veterinary references and personal references. After that, a meeting will be arranged to assess the compatibility between the applicant and the animal. If the applicant is deemed suitable as a pet parent and is a good fit for the cat or kitten, an adoption contract will be signed, and the adoption fee will be paid. The fee is $75 for cats and $100 for kittens.
