About this shelter

Every Bunny Rescue in Trenton, NC

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing small animals. Our area has a limited number of small animal rescues, which highlights the importance of our work. We take in animals that have been abandoned, pregnant, or in need of new homes. Our mission addresses the increasing demand for rescue services due to the overbreeding of animals, particularly rabbits, which are often raised for profit, meat, or as pets.

Adopting from Every Bunny Rescue

Adoption process

The adoption process includes signing an adoption contract. If an animal needs to be rehomed, it must be returned to the rescue organization. We do not facilitate contact between previous and new owners. The rehoming fees are $20 for rabbits, $10 for gerbils, and $30 for guinea pigs. We recommend VCA Wrightsville Beach Animal Hospital in Wilmington, NC for veterinary care.

Service area: We serve Onslow County, Lenoir County, and Craven County, including the cities of Jacksonville, Richlands, New Bern, Beulaville, and Kinston.
