Noah's Ark Animal Rehabilitation Center is located in Locust Grove, Georgia, within Henry County, roughly 35 miles northwest of Atlanta, and is one of five animal shelters and rescues serving the county. Set on 121 acres, the sanctuary has spent 35 years caring for abused, neglected, and exploited animals, having transformed the lives of over 1,500 creatures by providing safe shelter, nutritious food, clean water, modern medical care, and trained caregiving. Its residents span large and small mammals, barnyard animals, birds, primates, and reptiles, with care focused on animals' physical, social, and psychological well-being. The shelter's administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
