Golda's House Animal Rescue in Riverside, CA

Golda's House Animal Rescue is a nonprofit, no-kill animal rescue organization serving Riverside, California, in Riverside County, where 36 other animal shelters and rescues are also located. The rescue was founded in 1997 after a puppy named Golda was rescued near death after being thrown from a car, an event that inspired its ongoing mission to feed, spay, neuter, house, and rehabilitate injured, abused, abandoned, or neglected animals of all kinds, including dogs, cats, birds, and turtles. Located about 50 miles west of Los Angeles, the organization is open regular hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and relies on donations and community support to continue its work.
