Prospective adopters (must be 18+) view adoptable animals online, then come in person to meet the animal and any other family pets; after a meet-and-greet and discussion with a volunteer/adoption counselor, they finalize the adoption in person with a contract, and all animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated before going home.
