Founded in 1981, its mission is to be a safe and enriching place for all cats on their journey to a loving home, offering compassionate care, shelter, adoption services and community engagement, with a philosophy that views all cats as worthy regardless of age or abilities. Beyond adoptions, the shelter runs the Nibbles & Kibbles emergency food bank for people facing temporary financial hardship, along with foster and volunteer programs and free educational seminars on cat behavior and care.
