The organization runs a foster-based pet adoption center that takes in more than 2,500 dogs and cats each year, including neonatal kittens, and works collaboratively with rescue groups, city shelters, and community members to make Utah a no-kill state through its leadership of the No-Kill Utah (NKUT) initiative. Beyond adoptions, it offers spay/neuter services, community cat trap-neuter-return programs, neonatal kitten care, and a pet food pantry to help keep animals in their homes. All adopted pets are spay
