House Rabbit Resource Network (HRRN) is a rabbit rescue located in Austin, Texas, within Travis County, where 14 other animal shelters and rescues also operate; the organization sits approximately 20 miles southwest of Austin. Founded in 1993, HRRN is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and facilitating adoptions for domestic rabbits throughout the Central Texas area, while also educating the public on proper house rabbit care and offering ongoing support to rabbit owners. In 2025 alone, the shelter took in 192 rabbits and found adoptive homes for 142 of them. HRRN also runs a Bunny Boutique, offers rabbit boarding, nail trim, and gland cleaning services, and maintains Rojo's Medical Fund to help cover life-saving veterinary care for its shelter rabbits.

Applicants fill out an online adoption application, then an Adoption Coordinator calls to discuss requirements and rabbit fit, followed by a meet-and-greet at the Pflugerville shelter, home preparation (possibly including a home visit), and finally signing an adoption contract and paying the fee to bring the rabbit home.
