Applicants submit an online or mailed application with a $20 fee, undergo a reference check and phone interview, and if approved are matched with a foster dog that is delivered to their home (acting as a home visit) with the balance of the adoption fee due at that time; the organization offers lifetime post-adoption support and will take a dog back if it doesn't work out.
