Castle of Dreams Animal Rescue in Keyport, NJ

Castle of Dreams Animal Rescue (CODAR) is a rescue organization based in Keyport, New Jersey, located in Monmouth County alongside 18 other animal shelters and rescues in the county, about 15 miles northwest of Edison, NJ. Incorporated in June 2003 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, it is an all-volunteer, all-breed, canine-only rescue that pulls dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters and places them in temporary foster homes until permanent adopters are found. In June 2019 the organization purchased its own facility, and 100% of monetary donations go directly toward the care of its rescued animals.
