Live and Let Live Farm is an animal shelter located in Chichester, New Hampshire, in Merrimack County, about 6 miles west of Concord, NH, with 4 other animal shelters or rescues also located in the county. Founded in 1996 by Teresa Paradis, it is a non-profit, volunteer-run rehabilitation, rescue, and sanctuary that cares for abused and unwanted animals, mainly horses along with pregnant dogs and cats, giving them either a temporary or permanent safe home. When possible, rehabilitated animals are placed into appropriate adoptive homes, while those deemed unadoptable receive lifetime care at the farm. The organization is a proud member of the Global Federation of Humane Societies and meets the criteria of a true equine sanctuary rescue facility.
