Founded in 2000 by Harold Vosko, the organization was created to eliminate the senseless, unnecessary euthanasia of cats and dogs in Las Vegas area shelters caused by overpopulation. It focuses on high-volume, low-cost spay and neuter surgeries for companion animals and free-roaming community cats, along with affordable vaccines and microchipping, and is one of the only clinics in Las Vegas dedicated to serving community cats. As of 2025, the organization has performed over 200,000 spay and neuter surgeries in its 25 years of operation, working to reduce shelter overcrowding and ease the suffering of animals throughout Southern Nevada.
