It is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to rescuing, retraining, and rehoming Border Collies, serving Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. GLBCR relies on foster homes and volunteers to support its mission and welcomes updates and stories from adopters about their GLBCR alumni.
