Adoption Process

The adoption process involves submitting an application and signing a contract. The associated fees range from $150 to $200, which cover spaying or neutering, vaccinations, and a microchip. If necessary, the fees also include heartworm treatment and any other required medical care.

We are a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1998, based in Chesapeake City, Maryland. Our kennel has the capacity to accommodate 12 to 15 dogs at any given time. We focus on rescuing dogs from high-kill shelters that are suitable for family environments. Our president served for 19 years on the Board of the local SPCA and identified the need for a dedicated rescue organization in our community.
