Adoption Process

The adoption fee for dogs is $67, which covers vaccinations, mandatory spay/neuter, a heartworm test, and a microchip. Please note that puppies may need additional vaccination boosters from the adopter's personal veterinarian following adoption. The adoption fee for cats is also $67 and includes vaccinations, mandatory spay/neuter, a FeLeuk/FIV test, and a microchip. Similarly, kittens may require additional vaccination boosters from the adopter's personal veterinarian after adoption. The adoption process requires the completion of an application questionnaire, signing a contract, providing a veterinarian reference, and, if renting, submitting landlord information. Current or previous dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention, while cat owners must ensure their cats are current on vaccinations.
