About this shelter

Pals Animal Rescue in Wichita, KS

Pals Animal Rescue is a rescue organization located in Wichita, Kansas, in Sedgwick County, roughly 5 miles northwest of the city; six other animal shelters or rescues also operate in Sedgwick County. Pals Animal Rescue is run entirely by volunteers who place animals into qualified homes, with most animals rescued from the Wichita Animal Shelter, many of whom would otherwise have been euthanized. The organization also assists a limited number of pets from private individuals facing hardship, working mainly with adult dogs of both pure and mixed breeds, though puppies and other animals appear occasionally. It is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and 100% of donations go toward medical expenses, supplies, and advertising to help its animals find good homes.
