Marion-Grant County Humane Society is a nonprofit humane society located in Marion, Indiana, in Grant County, roughly 45 miles southwest of Carmel, Indiana. It is one of seven animal shelters and rescues serving Grant County. The organization is run by a team of volunteers dedicated to rescuing and caring for unwanted dogs and cats in the community, with a mission to control pet overpopulation and promote responsible pet ownership through spaying and neutering. It partners with Pipe Creek Animal Clinic and the Purdue University Veterinary School to care for the medical needs of the animals in its shelter, and it operates a resale shop on Westwood Square whose proceeds benefit the shelter animals.
