Adoption Process

The applicant fills out an application form, participates in an interview with a representative from ARPO, and undergoes a home visit before a pet can be placed.

ARPO's mission is to support current and prospective pet owners in ensuring a high quality of life for their pets. We provide temporary shelter for stray, abandoned, neglected, abused, and surrendered cats and dogs in a clean, comfortable, and safe environment, while offering the best possible quality of life and medical care. Our organization facilitates the adoption of these companion animals into stable, loving homes and advocates for pet ownership as a lifelong commitment. Additionally, we collaborate with other animal organizations to reduce the population of unwanted cats and dogs through adoption, spay/neuter programs, and educational initiatives. We are dedicated to educating the public about the significant benefits of the human-animal bond and promoting respect for all living creatures.
