Established in 1998 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, its mission is to rescue abused, abandoned, and neglected horses and other animals, following a philosophy of "Rescue, Rehabilitate, Love, & Re-home." Operating as a no-kill, all-volunteer shelter with no government funding, it cares for around 100 horses of all sizes—including dwarf, mini, and draft breeds—plus roughly 30 other animals such as donkeys, sheep, pigs, goats, and chickens across its farms in Cumming and Talking Rock, Georgia. The organization relies entirely on donations, sponsorships, and fundraising events to cover feed, medical care, and facility costs for its rescued animals.
