Adopting from High Country Humane

Adoption process

Browse adoptable pets on the website and pick a few you're interested in, then visit the shelter (no appointment needed, Thursday–Tuesday 11AM–5PM) for a meet & greet, since walk-throughs of the kennels aren't allowed; if you have a dog at home, bring it to meet the potential new pet. Once you've found a match, sign an adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption.
