Perry-Juniata County Animal Rescue is a non-profit rescue organization located in Millerstown, Pennsylvania, about 25 miles southeast of Harrisburg. Operating out of its facility on Sugar Run Road, the rescue relies heavily on foster homes and volunteers to care for the dogs and cats in its program, and animal visitation is by appointment only. The organization is open to visitors Monday and Wednesday from 12:00–5:00 PM, Friday from 4:00–6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. Those interested in helping can foster an animal, volunteer, or support the rescue through its wish list and donation programs.
