Pound Buddies Animal Shelter & Adoption Center is located at 3279 E Laketon Ave in Muskegon, Michigan, about 30 miles southeast of Grand Rapids. Operating under the motto "Putting People & Pets Together," the shelter helps homeless pets find adoptive homes through an appointment-based adoption process and also addresses animal welfare and public safety issues in the community. It partners with Petco Love Lost, using image recognition technology to help reunite lost pets with their owners. The shelter is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 to 4:00 PM, and it welcomes support through donations, kennel sponsorships, and volunteering.
