Happy Feet Pet Rescue is a nonprofit rescue organization based in Lansing, Michigan, located about 45 miles northeast of Flint. Founded in 2020, the group is dedicated to giving dogs and cats second chances, and in 2022 it opened a rescue building in the Lansing area that can house up to 6 dogs and 12 cats. The organization is run almost entirely by volunteers, including its two co-founders and a supporting board of directors, and focuses on education, fostering, financial assistance, and adoption to help match rescue animals with the best possible homes.
