Precious Paws Humane Society of Chisholm is a no-kill shelter located in Chisholm, Minnesota, about 60 miles southeast of Duluth, dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned and neglected cats and dogs. The shelter serves the Chisholm, Keewatin, and Nashwauk communities and welcomes visitors Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Beyond adoptions, Precious Paws runs a Senior-to-Senior Foster Program pairing older animals with foster caregivers and operates Bretta's Food Pantry, which provides pet food to local families in need with no qualifications required. Its mission centers on providing a safe haven for pets while promoting responsible pet ownership and community involvement.
