About this shelter
Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary in Saint Pauls, NC
Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary is a lifetime care sanctuary in Saint Pauls, North Carolina, roughly 20 miles north of Fayetteville, providing a permanent forever home for blind cats and cats who are FeLV-positive or FIV-positive and would otherwise face euthanasia. The organization built its first shelter building in 2005 for blind cats deemed unadoptable by traditional shelters, then added a second building in 2011 to care for leukemia-positive and FIV-positive cats. For more than 20 years it has provided safety, ongoing medical care, and love to more than 400 cats, and it is currently raising funds for a new facility designed to improve air quality, sanitation, and medical care for the cats in its permanent care. Visitors are welcome Monday through Saturday from 12:30 to 4:00 PM.
