About this shelter

Luvin Pawz Rescue Inc. in Goltry, OK

Luvin Pawz Rescue Inc. is a rescue organization based in Goltry, Oklahoma, roughly 70 miles southeast of Edmond, OK, and is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. It is a 100% volunteer-run dog rescue that ensures all adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on required vaccines, heartworm tested, dewormed, and microchipped before adoption. The rescue transports its dogs from Oklahoma to central pickup locations in New England and New York, and adoption fees help offset costs like transport, state-mandated quarantine, and health certificates, with many dogs requiring extra medical care for pre-existing conditions such as heartworm. Its adoption process includes an online application, reference checks, and a virtual home visit before matching adopters with an available dog.
