Humphrey's County Humane Society in Waverly, TN

Humphrey's County Humane Society is a nonprofit humane society located in Waverly, Tennessee, about 40 miles northeast of Clarksville. It works directly with the Waverly Animal Shelter to save abandoned, abused, neglected, and lost cats, dogs, and other animals throughout Humphreys County, operating as a no-kill shelter that saves nearly 700 pets each year through adoptions. The shelter also runs a S.N.A.P. program that helps income-qualified families afford spay and neuter services, with free services for senior pet owners, and partners with a PetSmart store in Bellevue, Nashville for cat adoptions. It is open Monday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–4:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–4:30 PM.
