Camo Rescue is a rescue organization based in Magnolia, Texas, about 30 miles southeast of Houston, TX. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dog rescue that has rescued dogs since 2014, with over 12,000 dogs rescued and more than 10,000 adopted out to approved adopters. The organization saves animals from across Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and other surrounding Texas areas, spending over $550,000 a year on vetting costs and providing safe housing for more than 250 dogs at a time, most in foster homes while around 60 dogs live at the CAMO Kennel facility in Magnolia. Adoptions are application-based and include scheduled meet and greets to match dogs with the right adopters.
