About this shelter

PAWS - Providing Animal Welfare Services in Jackson, WY

PAWS - Providing Animal Welfare Services is an animal shelter based in Jackson, Wyoming, located about 60 miles west of Idaho Falls, ID, and open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For over 25 years, PAWS has tackled animal welfare issues at "both ends of the leash," pairing an open-admission shelter with social services for pet owners, including low-cost spay/neuter, financial assistance for vet bills through its MedFund, and crisis intervention for pets of domestic violence victims or those needing emergency evacuation. All pets adopted through PAWS are spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated, and the organization assists more than 1,000 local pets every year, funded entirely by donations.
