As a humane society with more than 150 years of history, Oregon Humane transforms compassion into action through life-changing programs supporting the human-animal connection, including adoption, veterinary care, education, humane law enforcement, and legislation. The organization finds homes for dogs, cats, small animals, and horses and farm animals, and also operates a Community Veterinary Hospital offering urgent care, preventative care, spay/neuter, dentistry, and surgery. Oregon Humane is an independent non-profit that receives no government funding and is sustained entirely by donor support.
