Once you find a pet that fits your household, you fill out adoption paperwork and bring a driver's license or state ID; you can take the pet home the same day if already spayed/neutered and vetted, otherwise the surgery is scheduled and the pet is ready the next day, with a 30-day trial period allowing a full refund if returned.
