Visit the adoption center in person, view available animals and speak with staff, then choose to adopt immediately, place a hold, or take time to decide; complete adoption paperwork (which takes about 30 minutes to an hour) and pay the adoption fee plus a license fee for dogs or rabies vaccination charge for cats.
