All potential fosters and adopters are required to submit an application, which will undergo a review process for approval or denial. Foster homes offer a stable environment until each dog is ready for adoption. A dog becomes available for adoption once it has been spayed or neutered, is up to date on vaccinations, is medically stable, and has been microchipped.
