Adoption Process

The adoption process begins with the submission of an application. Following this, we conduct a veterinary reference check, followed by a telephone interview. Next, we will reach out to personal references and schedule a home visit. All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. Finally, the adopter will sign an adoption contract and make a donation.

It is important to note that Peace, Love, and Poms Rescue does not function as a shelter. Instead, all our dogs are placed in loving foster homes, where they are treated as family until they find their permanent homes.
