City Kitties is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue organization committed to enhancing the lives of stray cats in West Philadelphia. Founded in 2004 by Lori Horwedel and Louisa Alexander, the organization emerged from their shared experience of fostering and adopting numerous cats and kittens. Lori brings nearly a decade of experience as a veterinary technician, while Louisa is a social worker with a deep passion for animals.
