Kathy Jordan serves as the President of GSR. Our mission is to eliminate homelessness among pets and reduce the number of unwanted kittens. We implement a Trap-Neuter-Return-Manage (TNRM) program for feral cat colonies and strive to rescue all friendly cats we encounter on the streets.

Adoption process
To adopt a cat, an application is required and references will be reviewed. The adoption fee is $110 for each cat. If you choose to adopt two cats as a pair, the total adoption fee is $135. All cats are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and tested for feline AIDS and leukemia.
