Adoption process

GC Stars is a 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization dedicated to finding homes for animals in need. Our animals come from various sources, including strays, local shelters, and owner surrenders, and are cared for in foster homes. Individuals interested in adopting an animal must complete an adoption application, which requires the submission of veterinary and housing references. We will verify these references and conduct a home visit prior to approving the adoption. The adopter will need to sign an adoption contract. To ensure a good fit, we allow a period of 1-2 weeks before finalizing the adoption. The adoption fee for dogs covers spaying or neutering, deworming, microchipping, and vaccinations. For cats, the adoption fee includes spaying or neutering and vaccinations. All animals must be spayed or neutered.
