Adoption Process

The adoption process includes several steps: first, you will need to complete an online application. Following that, a phone interview will be conducted. We will then check your veterinarian references. A home visit will be scheduled next. The adoption fee is $250 for dogs under seven years old and $200 for dogs over seven years old. After the adoption, we provide follow-up support. All dogs are fully vetted, microchipped, and spayed or neutered before adoption.

Founded in 2009, we are a non-profit animal rescue organization comprised entirely of volunteers. Our mission focuses on rescuing and rehoming Golden Retrievers and Golden-hearted mixes in the North Texas area. All dogs are cared for in private homes by our dedicated volunteers.
